尖椒茄子馅饼

Inspired by 尖椒茄子馅饼 recipe! I said inspired because... 1. I am used to making my own dough, 2. I didn't try to make it spicy - I tried to sprinkle some very spicy chilli powder but perhaps it was a tad too little so not even a hint of spiciness :p and 3. I added red and yellow capsicum for the natural sweetness and a burst of colour instead of using sugar!  #午餐•2016年2月27日##素#
