#午餐•2016年4月24日#haha, sour&spicy noodles after a heavy work outing. Westerner said soup has to go with bread, even is the soup after a big portion of noodle. OK, that's a cultural oddness for me, I don't have such a volume or capacity for it. The noodles that I used was spaghetti,  but frankly speaking I would prefer Kansui noodles coz it lends to a filmer texture and beautiful yellowish hue. Anyway, it was a lovely Sunday lunch.
