#早餐•2016年5月5日#hi buddy, I just back from gym, and this is my second meal of the day. veg soup without oil and a can of tuna plus a piece of whole grant bread. it can't be simpler and cheaper. However having those solid base food with the most impact can make all my body body composition dreams come true, even I am under a shoestring budget.
