#午餐•2016年5月5日#Check out what I'm going to eat this lunch time. 2whole eggs which is contains around 13g protein; cottage cheese with 24g protein. and a small amount of fresh strawberry and a whole yellow pepper. Again a slice of bread for my carbs, that's all I need. I'll consume it about 12-1pm. Be aware of your eating habits, are you a emotional eater or a mindful eater? I may talk about the discrepancy between it later.
