讲真，自从吃了La Renaissance Cafe Patisserie 之后，重新定义了我对法式甜点的印象！超级好吃！居然不太甜，层次很丰富平衡也非常好😍吃完两个之后也很清爽不腻人，棒呆了，非常值得一去！
这款叫monet 结构是这样的：White chocolate and vanilla bavaroise, on a base of coconut and almond meringue, layered with fresh raspberries. Center of lychee jelly sitting on a piece of pain de gene. Findshed with a white chocolate glaze.
