綾野的碧根果派。配熱豆漿特別滿足!吃素之後堅果每天一大把,這個派的中間層也有碧根果和打碎的腰果。
Instructions:
1. put whole pastry flour, maple syrup and oil together and mix well.
2. put the mixture into a cake tin and press the dough a little.
3. blend all the ingredients of filling with food processor(or blender).
4. add 100g pecan nuts then gently heat the mixture until thicken.
5. pour the mixture into the cake tin. put additional pecan nuts on top.
6. bake at 350F/180c for 30 minutes.
