早餐,小米南瓜粥,豆干,柠檬李子康普茶。只想说说南瓜,用的日本种kabocha南瓜(与康普茶kombucha这个词发音特别像,很容易记混哦),香甜软糯,一定要带皮煮哦,kabocha的皮煮熟后特别好吃!如果买不到kabocha买贝贝南瓜也可以哒~
Millet porridge with kabocha, dried tofu(not sure of the translation), plum-infused kombucha. Highly recommend kabocha squash, it's sweet, earthy and has an incredibly delicious skin! 🎃
