15g sweet onion
4 kalamata olives
5g rosemary almond feta, crumbled

For the sweet potato hummus (makes extra):
70g cooked chickpeas
100g cooked sweet potato
½ tbsp tahini
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp garlic
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
(¼ tsp extra virgin olive oil
Splash of water)
