日式照烧海苔豆腐

Japanese Teriyaki Seaweed Tofu
Ingredients
1 piece of bei-tofu
1 piece of seaweed
1 tablespoons of dried starch
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoons of ginger
Method
Cut tofu into 16 to 20 thick slices,
cut seaweed into 1/3 wide of tofu slices length .
use the moisture of tofu to wrap tofu in seaweed strips and cut off extra seaweed,
coat seaweed tofu slices with dry starch,
heat the oil in the pan and add the seaweed tofu slices to the fry
until the surface is slightly brown,
pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 tablespoons of white sugar and
1 tablespoons of ginger mixture in the pan,
let the seaweed tofu slices absorb the Teriyaki sauce,
cook over in a very low flame until the sauce is gone.
我用的是布包豆腐喔。
