每次看到我做的菜都那么都那么寡淡,是因为我为了节省调味料,直接在吃的时候放可以节省放盐或者酱油,也更有味道,可以减少盐的摄入。盐摄入过多不光会水肿,长期下来会使血压上升。

Why my meal looks so plain? That is because I add the seasonings just before I  eat it. In that way, I can use less seasoning, which could save money, be healthier than seasoning foods during the cooking process. The taste will be stronger as you season it right before you eat. As matter of fact, eating more salt can cause high blood pressure.
