【曼食慢语】意式火腿卷白芦笋

Asparagus is regarded as a kind of quite western style veggie, so I created this spring dish using my acknowledgement of western dishes but with some Chinese ingredients like the ham in Yunan, China; crushed chili from my hometown Fujian.
-RECIPE-(*amazing green sauce!)
25g green beans, 20g cucumber, 20g boiled topokki(rice cake), 20ml creamy coconut, 10g sugar, 1 sp salt, 1 sp white pepper powder.
-OPERATION-
1. Roast asparagus and ham with olive oil, black pepper and garlic slices at 200°C for 10mins ;
2. Mix sauce and refrigerate it.
3. Decoration.
