早晨六点半起来去逛超市 三个小时时差一周了还没倒过来🤪不过早睡早起也挺好的！
以及mark一下这个garlic cheese 配法棍稍微煎一下好香！
再煎个鸡蛋香肠就更好了 就是提不动了 慢慢搬运吧
