1.Soak the liver in brine for 10 minutes (and so does the waist), then drain the blood with kitchen paper
2.Add olive oil/chicken essence/sweet potato powder, stir with chopsticks until they melt into the pork liver.
3.Cut half lengthwise and 1.5-2cm across. Preheat the pan, add the oil and ginger. after its color changes, put it on the plate in time, make sure it is tender outside the coke.
