1,泡发干香菇,然后剪成细丝。
2,江鱼仔洗净备用,洋葱切碎,豆腐切小块儿
3,下油爆香洋葱,然后加入香菇和江鱼仔一起炒。
4,锅中加水,水开之后下苋菜和豆腐。
5,再次开过后加入少许水淀粉,然后加一个搅好的鸡蛋,做成蛋花汤状。
6,关火,淋上少许香油。
今天女佣做的少了最后的两个步骤。
