1,豆腐切小块,两瓣儿蒜头压碎
2,锅中下油,把牛肉碎炒变色,把蒜末放进去一起炒。
3,加一勺豆瓣酱和一勺辣椒酱,炒成红油肉末,然后加一些水。接着把豆腐块儿放进去,煮十分钟左右。
4,调好淀粉水,慢慢放进去,然后盛出来装盘。
5,在盘中放花椒碎,烧热一大勺油,淋在花椒上,最后放一点葱花点缀。
