我女儿不吃菜,这道汤里蔬菜很多,她 吃不出来。
1,牛肉冷水过水,去掉浮沫,捞出牛肉,清汤不要丢掉。
2,大量西红柿去皮切丁,洋葱中等大小一个,胡萝卜和西芹少许,切小块。
3,橄榄油炒香洋葱,加入所有蔬菜继续炒,然后加入牛肉清汤,用料理机或者手持式搅拌机搅碎锅中所有食材,然后加入盐,黑胡椒和几勺番茄酱。(没有的话也可以加入一勺糖来代替。)
4,牛肉和蔬菜汤全部加入高压锅中,压15分钟出锅。
5,出锅后装盘,上面可以撒一些香菜或者干罗勒叶调料。
