3,锅中下油,油温不要太热的时候加入葱,姜,蒜,煸炒几下加入腌好的肉,炒至变色,加酱油。
4,加入豆角炒至变色,再加入土豆炒匀,加水没过豆角,盖上盖子炖熟,十五到二十分钟左右。
