食谱 :

面粉 250g

牛奶 180ml

枫糖浆 150ml

鸡蛋(中)2个

植物油 60ml

香草精 1 茶匙

泡打粉 13克

盐 少许

烹饪步骤:

1. 把所有的材料倒入盆中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;

2. 用黄油或脱模油喷雾喷在模具表面,这样更容易脱模;

3. 把面糊倒入模具中,切记只要倒入模具2/3的分量即可。然后放入烤箱230℃烤5分钟,调整200℃再烤12分钟

1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
13.5 Baking powder

Work steps:

Add all ingredients into a bowl and use a mixer to mix a uniform dough.

If necessary use baking spray or butter to oil your metal muffin forms.

Fill your muffin forms 2/3 full with dough. TIP: For more even baking and better shaped muffins, pick up the muffin form and tap it several times on the table. Air bubbles from inside the dough will rise to surface and help to bake more beautiful muffins.

Use fresh berries, nuts or dried fruits to give your muffins a delicious healthy touch.

Bake at 230C for 5 minutes, then lower temperature to 200C and bake for 12 more minutes.
