食谱(4人份) :

高筋面粉 630g 
盐 18g
糖 30g
酵母15g 
水 450ml
橄榄油 50 ml
果仁 100-200g

烹饪步骤:
1. 把所有原材料倒入厨师机搅拌均匀,大约15分钟左右。
2. 在面团上撒上面粉、盖上餐布,放到温度较高的地方发酵约40分钟;
3. 同时预热烤箱至190℃
4. 用刀在发酵好的面团上划任意喜欢的图案,放在垫了烘焙纸的烤盘中,放入烤箱烤40分钟。
Ingredients :

 630g Flour

15g Salt

30g Sugar 

15g Yeast

450 ml Water 

50 ml Olive Oil 

100-150g seeds and/or nuts (optional)

Work steps:

Add all ingredients into a bowl and use a mixer or hand to mix a uniform dough. Use hands to form a round bread dough and place on a floured baking sheet with baking paper. Cover the dough with a towel and let rise at a warm place for 40minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 Degrees Celsius. When the bread is risen use a knife for carvings (if wished) and place the bread in the middle wreck of the oven. TIP: For extra crunchy crust place a metal or porcelain bowl with water under the bread.

Bake for 40 minutes.
