天然酵母(鲁邦种)法式红酒桂圆

喂了几次,还是就2-3倍高就极致了
这次是50%全麦粉,组织还算可以?不知道有没有发过了
记录下时间
9am feed 10g starter+50g flour+50g water
3pm autolyse whole wheat 140g
5pm add bread flour autolyse
7:30 add 80g starter and walnuts, crasins, salt
8:30, 9:30, 10:30, fold, 12am in fridge with 藤篮
9:30am out of fridge, a little larger, 11:30 out of 藤篮
2pm out of oven
