Moussaka 希腊“千层面”

The last picture was from one of my 2 fav turkish restaurant “istanbul” next to hs
Came across this pic so want to make moussaka. Miss the salad and the aromatic rice. Still dont rly know how the rice was preped. But this time tried jasmine non-stick rice, cooked it quite hard and added a little cilantro. Maybe should add a little mint too? Suddenly start to prefer nonstick jasmine rice!
Completely used goat cheese in bechamel. Great flavor sleeping beauty didnt mind the cheese 😏#晚餐•2020年8月25日#
