千层葱香发面饼~凉了也很软😊

200g面粉,120g水,4g酵母,1g泡打粉
醒发后放丢丢碱面揉面,擀开成面片,放入油,葱,盐,花椒面,少量面粉,切成6等份,在叠在一起,擀厚点,放入锅里醒发,水开后蒸20分,在用电饼铛煎至两面金黄,
