二刷,700g面粉,380g水,4g酵母,水有点多,下次减少,400g面粉做了椒盐的,油酥60 g面粉,50g油;300g面粉做了豆沙的,加豆沙时先抹了一层炼乳与沙拉酱,微甜。有点混酥,下次少擀一次。下次直接800g面粉做两盘。
