酒酿面包

提前一天做好汤种(40g高粉+200g水),高粉400g、酒酿(米)180g、酒酿(水)83g、水60g、奶油奶酪80g、糖50g、蛋52g、鲜酵母13g、盐4g、黄油(有盐)约34g。魔改之后完全成不了团,一团浆糊,又多加了约100g高粉,才勉强成团!方盘是烤不下了,临时改成吐司,做成450g模一个+250g纸模两个,烤出来甜度居然是够的!
