2、将咸肋骨头剪下,其余剪成0.8立方厘米的肉丁。

3、用水泡一下肉丁,为了尽快去咸肉的咸度往水里加入2克盐,泡半小时。

4、将泡好的咸肉丁捞出,锅里放2勺色拉油,待油熟,放生姜和葱炒香,之后加肉丁炒至变色盛出。
