Thick chocolate chip cookies

Melt your butter, add sugar and mix. Break your egg, pour it in the mixture and stir well. Then add the sifted flour in 2 times while mixing between the two additions. Finish off with chocolate chips and salt flower.

Shape your 110g cookies, put in the freezer for 20min and bake at a rotating heat at 180°C for 12-13min in a preheated oven at 200°C.
