Cinnamon rolls

-380g flour
-a pinch of salt
-1 tsp instant yeast
Mix.
-50g sugar
-50g vegan butter
-190ml plant milk
Heat it up until lukewarm and add to the flour mix.
-1 heaped Tbsp applesauce
First stir to everything to combine then knead until soft and let the dough rest for 1h.
Filling:
-120g vegan butter, softened
-160g brown sugar
-1 Tbsp cinnamon
Stir well.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Spread HALF of the filling, roll it up and cut into 8 rolls.
Spread the other half of the filling in the baking dish and place the rolls in there.
Add some vegan cream in between and let them rest for another 30mins (optional).
Bake at 180C/360F for 20-25mins.
I made a simple sugar glaze for on top.
